On-trend to attract the attention of millennial women, conducting extensive market and trend research was key during my time at U Brands. My findings informed my designs. For SS ‘17, their floral line called for muted, mature colors; something feminine but edgy; oversized florals, loose repeats, and/or free forms.
Colorway and original prints and patterns were created based on these research which was later applied to U Brands’ staple desk organization items.
